We met at the end of 2016, after many attempts of our friends to introduce us, and even unknowingly having briefly chatted in a video game summer of  2014. Both of us were going through periods of change in our lives but we hit it off and started dating. Over the course of 2017 we grew closer and in March of 2018 we decided to be together officially. Anthony knew at that moment that he wanted to marry Kat but decided saying so right away would be a little crazy so he waited a bit.

While we were planning a trip to Prague in November of 2018 Anthony realized this was going to be the perfect place to propose so he got things in order to do so. The plan was to capture the moment with a photographer but he didn't know how to do it without tipping Kat off to the plan. So he just told her that it was a vacation photo shoot, but they had to get up early to catch the city before the tourists all woke up. Kat was thrilled at the idea of a photo shoot and the plans were in motion.

Midway through the vacation we got up early in the morning and we met the photographer by the banks of the Vltava River with the historic and iconic Charles Bridge in the background. When the photographer had us in the right positions with the perfect lighting she said "Ok, now a romantic one!" and Anthony knew that was the cue to propose. So he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him! She was surprised at first and then realized what was happening and could not say yes fast enough. The photographer even started to cry at the magic of the moment.
